Lee Cassey’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring and insolvency law. Lee represents debtors, creditors, monitors, trustees, and acquirers of assets both in out-of-court restructurings and court supervised proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
