Torys is pleased to announce that Matthew McMahon has joined the firm as an associate in our Oil and Gas Practice.

Matthew McMahon practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on energy and oil and gas. He has been involved in a broad range of energy-related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development and acquisitions and divestitures involving both oil and gas companies and specific assets. In addition, he advises clients on various corporate governance, shareholder and general commercial matters.
