After earning her stripes at a national firm and renowned litigation boutique, Andrea joined Ricketts Harris LLP in 2010. And we’re proud to say that she became our partner effective February 15, 2017. If Andrea had written this announcement, it would have been published much earlier. Why? Because Andrea simply gets things done.
A commercial litigator, her practice focuses on investor liability matters, employment law, fraud cases, and complex contractual and commercial disputes. Her considerable experience with interlocutory motions, including jurisdiction motions and obtaining and resisting Mareva and Norwich orders makes her an even more valuable ally. Although she is known to be a tough and resolute advocate, Andrea’s peers most often remark that she is also eminently reasonable, fair-minded, and in possession of a wicked sense of humour. She’s definitely someone you want in your foxhole. We couldn’t be happier that she chose to be in ours.
