Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2020, Julien Michaud is a partner in the Montréal office.

Julien is a member of the Corporate Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law matters. Julien’s experience includes advising Canadian and foreign clients in acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side), public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, early stage capital investments, as well as corporate governance matters. He has worked across a wide range of industries, acting for public and private companies, investment banks, private equity firms and institutional investors.
