Stikeman Elliott Welcomes New Partner, Kurtis Reed

Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2020, Kurtis Reed is a partner in the Calgary office.

Kurtis is a member of the Commercial Energy and Corporate Groups. His practice focuses on commercial arrangements, primarily in the petroleum and natural gas and power sectors. He advises clients on matters including private share and asset purchase and sale transactions, joint venture arrangements, transportation and storage arrangements, processing and handling arrangements, operating contracts, marketing contracts and numerous other transactional matters.
