Joshua Calderon Joins Cassels Brock

Josh is an associate in the Financial Services Group. His practice focuses primarily on corporate finance matters, representing lenders and borrowers involved in domestic and cross-border financing transactions and corporate reorganizations.

Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Josh was both a summer and articling student at the firm. During his articling term, Josh gained experience in regulatory matters through a secondment with the Corporate Finance branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.

While in law school, Josh was involved in a variety of volunteer activities including acting as a caseworker in both the business and legal aid clinics, acting as an executive committee member for orientation week and participating with Pro Bono Students Canada.
