Lauren Hulme’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on private equity. Lauren represents fund sponsors on all aspects of the fund formation and capital raising process. She also represents public pension plans and other institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity, venture capital and hedge funds, as well as co-investment transactions. Lauren’s work also includes secondary transactions to buy or sell LP interests in a fund or a portfolio of funds.
