Glaholt Bowles LLP is excited to announce that Andrea Lee is the managing partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2025. Over the last two decades Andrea has emerged as a leader in Canadian construction and infrastructure law. We are thrilled that she will now be applying her impressive leadership skills to the management of our firm. We look forward to Andrea continuing to build her practice and profile as a leader in our field and of our firm.

We also recognize and thank Keith Bannon for his direction and steady leadership of our form for almost a decade. Keith was a tireless managing partner through a period of growth and challenges for our firm and industry, and how now turns his talents and energy to representing Glaholt Bowles’ clients in contract and dispute matters.
