Rochelle is a member of the Corporate Commercial Group at WeirFoulds with a practice that focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and corporate law.

Rochelle has acted as counsel to founders, boards of directors, executives, professional corporations, financial institutions and start-ups on a wide range of issues, including, debt and equity financing, general corporate counseling, shareholder arrangements, majority and minority equity investments and various commercial arrangements and transactions.
