Michael Horwitz advises public corporations, private equity funds, pension and sovereign wealth funds and investment banks on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisition, private equity transactions, joint ventures, capital markets and corporate governance matters. Michael has provided counsel to clients in a range of industries including financial services, telecommunications, investment management, infrastructure, energy, mining, commodities, consumer goods, real estate, insurance, defense and information technology.
