Huw Evans’s practice focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, energy and infrastructure, and private equity. He has experience in domestic and international investment, M&A and divestiture transactions and corporate reorganizations. He has also advised clients on a broad range of corporate, securities and governance matters.
