Torys announces new partner Michael Pedlow

We are delighted to welcome Michael Pedlow to the partnership.

Michael Pedlow’s practice focuses on securities and corporate law. He has represented or advised both public and private companies in the structuring and implementation of financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate sales and recapitalization and reorganization transactions. As well, Mike has advised syndicates of underwriters and agents in the structuring and the implementation of financings and related due diligence efforts. Mike also provides advice and guidance on compliance and best practices with respect to applicable stock exchange requirements, corporate governance matters and continuous disclosure obligations.
