Shannon Gotfrit’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on private equity. Shannon represents fund sponsors on all aspects of the fund formation and capital raising process. Shannon also represents public pension plans and other institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity, venture capital and hedge funds.
