Torys is pleased to welcome Ian Gordon to the firm.

Ian joins Torys’ Calgary office. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law with a focus on projects and transactions in the petroleum, natural gas, oil sands, power generation and mining sectors. He also provides clients with advice on joint ventures, project development and internal reorganizations. Ian’s experience includes negotiating and drafting purchasing and sale, joint ventures, project development, operation, tolling, transportation and service agreements and coordinating transactional due diligence.
