Torys is pleased to welcome Jessie Mann to our Calgary office.

Jessie Mann practices corporate and commercial law, with a focus on oil and gas and infrastructure transactions.

Prior to joining Torys, Jessie articled with another national law firm and worked for a diversified, Canadian-based, international group of companies, providing corporate governance advice and corporate secretarial assistance to the subsidiaries of three TSX-listed issuers.
